Build-A-Flower: Parrot Tulips by Altenew is a 6″ x 8″ clear photopolymer stamp set. It includes 21 stamps (12 sentiments + 9 images) which layer together to create a stunning bloom. Layering guide included. This bundle also includes the coordinating die set.

An acrylic block or stamp positioning tool is required to stamp with these. A manual die-cutting machine will be needed to cut these wafer thin metal dies.
