Interactive
Interactive cards have wow factor … there’s no denying it. Sometimes it’s a tab you pull to create movement, an area you press to make your card light up, or a carefully placed wobble spring that makes a featured image absolutely mesmerising. They’re often used on cards for kids, but honestly, I received a stunning card this year with a gorgeous red Spellbinders dragon on a wobble spring, and it tap it to watch it dance every time I walk past it! There’s no age that’s immune to some clever movement on a card. If the cardmaker in your life is ready to level up their projects, perhaps it’s time they tackled a fun interactive product with gusto!
There are a number of companies making clever interactive products, including Pear Blossom Press, Lawn Fawn, Whimsy Stamps, Mama Elephant, Spellbinders and Pretty Pink Posh.
Interactive cards are more fun than your average card. They really do have the ‘oooooo’ and ‘ahhhhhh’ factor.
