This new 7 Ways in 7 Days video series showcases 7 projects made using a single sketch and single stamp set (Waffleflower’s Pawsome), and interpreting it in different ways. Today, let’s take this gorgeous sketch and mix it up! You can download or screen shot this sketch to use in moments when inspiration just isn’t striking!
Today I’m making 2 cards, and flipping the sketch on its side! I’m also using a project life/pocket scrapbooking card in place of the greeting, just to mix it up a bit! I used the 3″circle die on this project, and you may also notice that I used the daschund stamp that faces toward the greeting on each card. If you don’t have a stamp set with a critter facing the right way, mirror stamping is an excellent technique to flip that critter over! I also fussy cut the stamped & coloured images leaving a tiny white border, to create a faux die-cut look.
