Have you ever looked longingly at Halloween stamps and really, really wanted them … but you don’t do Halloween, so you can’t justify the purchase? Yeah … me too. But then a few years ago we started hosting a Halloween party for our kids’ friends so they would quit dragging us up and down the cliff-like hills around our home, stop bothering the neighbours, and give them an excuse to get out their cosplay gear. Plus … it’s a fun excuse to get together with friends before the Christmas craziness begins! And so, I found excuses to add Halloween stamps to my digital stamp collection. But I would only use them once, maybe twice … so I started looking for other uses for them. This card is one such experiment.
This card was quick to make, and I’ve gone with a cropped section of the Mad Mummy digtial stamp. Here’s a list of ingredients:
XPress It Blending Card
Copic Markers – W00, W0, W1, W2, W3
6×6 kraft card base + envelope
Lawn Fawn – Party Animals & Just For You
Archival Jet Black ink
Distress Inks: Pumice Stone, Bundle Sage, Peeled Paint
How did I make it? You know I made you a video! The timing of this card was so perfect that gave it to my mum for her birthday … hence the handwritten customisation in the video … and she laughed at it for sooooo long!!!!!
