Crafternoon – live event 16/11/24

The Crafternoon is a live event, with limited tickets available. Will be bringing as much from the shop as I can (especially adhesives) so you can see products in person and shop on the day. You can also pick up pre-orders on the day to save on postage.

Date: Saturday 16th November 2024
Time: 10am to 8pm.
Location: Wyoming Community Centre, 147 Maidens Brush Rd, Wyoming NSW

Your ticket includes:
10 hours of crafting time with half a table per person (see photo).
Wax Seal Station will be set up for use all day.
Mini class – Platform Pop Up card kit class (everything will be pre-cut, which is a great way to learn more about this die set and decide if it’s right for you).
Tea, coffee milk & sugar.
Morning Tea & Afternoon Tea.
*NOTE* If you have any allergies or special dietary needs, please let me know, and I will do everything I can to accommodate those.

NOTE: No capsicum or paprika to be brought to the event, as we have an attendee with severe anaphylaxia-level allergy to capsicum. Thank you for keeping everyone safe.

Recommended items to bring:
Not necessary, but recommended … your favourite mug for crafting (be it ceramic or travel/insulated).
Project(s) to work on.
Seat cushion (see photo for chairs so you can make an informed decision).
Any swap project you’ve completed ahead of time (or complete your swap on the day and leave it with me).
Lunch & Dinner (there are some excellent local options, but there is also a large fridge and a microwave).

Hall Particulars:
There are 9 parking spaces, and street parking across the road.
We will have rectangular tables (only 8-9 places available).
Fully equipped kitchen.
Bathrooms.
Wifi.
Outdoor area (bring your aeroguard, as there is a creek that runs behind the house) with tables.

NOTE – Tickets are non-refundable, unless someone can be found to take your place. Exception to this is if the event is cancelled by the Community Centre or myself. Refunds will also be considered on a case-by-case basis due to illness or injury.

Wyoming is on the NSW Central Coast, and this ticket is for an in-person event.

If you don’t wish to attend the event, but would like to pop in to shop in person throughout the day, you absolutely can. The hall will be locked for security purposes during the event, but if I know you’re coming, you can DM me when you arrive and I’ll be able to let you in to shop. Payment options on the day will be cash, Square reader for credit cards, and I will have my laptop with me so I can create quick custom listings if you’d like to use Paypal or Afterpay.
